The operating principles and transparent usage guidelines apply to the entire BMF technology platform.

By accessing and using BMF's services, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all the principles outlined below. We built this platform on respect, transparency, and strict adherence to safety standards.

1. Mission and Service Nature

BMF is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system built and provided specifically for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Support & Sharing: Providing reference information, technical solutions, and specialized knowledge.
  • Education & Development: Serving the purpose of learning, research, and enhancing professional expertise.
  • Awareness & Risk Assessment: Presenting simulations and analyses to help users understand potential risks and develop appropriate safety measures.

Core Notes on Neutrality:

The BMF AI system operates as an independent and neutral information assistant. We absolutely do not incite, guide, require, or coerce users to perform any real-world actions based on the results generated by the system. All data streams are for reference purposes only.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability

To ensure a sustainable and transparent technology development environment, BMF establishes the following principles for liability disclaimer:

Limitations of BMF's Liability: We disclaim all claims, complaints, and do not assume legal, civil, or criminal liability for any consequences, damages (direct or indirect), or financial losses arising from users' voluntary application of BMF's results in real-world scenarios.

User Decision-Making Rights: The use of information is entirely voluntary. When users incorporate data or code from BMF into their applications, users bear 100% responsibility for their actions under the law. BMF is not a cause or justification for any wrongful conduct.

3. Principles of Compliance & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure transparency and avoid any misunderstandings during usage, BMF establishes the following Liability Disclaimer:

1. BMF does not assume any liability: We disclaim all claims, complaints, and do not assume legal, civil, or criminal liability for any consequences, damages (direct or indirect), or financial losses arising from users' voluntary application of BMF's results in real-world scenarios.

2. User Responsibility: The decision to use the system's information is entirely voluntary. When users incorporate information, code, or documentation from BMF into their applications, users bear 100% responsibility for their actions under the law. Users are not permitted to cite BMF as a cause or justification for any wrongful conduct.

3. Legal Regulations & Prohibited Conduct

Based on the Cybersecurity Law, Network Security Law, and other legal documents of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, users commit to NOT engaging in the following actions:

  • Not using documents, source code, structures, or outputs from BMF to engage in any illegal activities.
  • Not using the platform for purposes of fraud, theft, propaganda against the state, or defamation of organizations/individuals.
  • Not using BMF's risk assessment tools to actively attack, damage, or illegally intrude into the network systems of third parties.

In the event of detecting any signs of violation, BMF reserves the right to permanently refuse to provide services without prior notice, while remaining ready to cooperate with relevant authorities when legally required.

4. Platform Ownership Rights

All documents, algorithms, educational processes, and the risk assessment platform belong to BMF's management and ownership. Sharing information must comply with the original purpose (education, research). Absolutely prohibited is the appropriation or distortion of BMF's materials for personal gain or harm to the community.

5. Confirm Agree

By continuing to use the platform and its services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood each section of this statement and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms outlined above.

BMF reserves the right to update these principles to ensure compliance with technological advancements and changes in the legal environment. The most recent version will always be transparently published on the system.
