For Pro/VIP plans, your documents are stored in a separate encrypted partition, and you have full control over the storage duration. Once you delete a file, it will be permanently removed (Hard delete) from the physical database without any backup retained to ensure security.

The file size limit depends on your service plan. The Basic plan allows files up to 10MB. The Pro plan supports up to 50MB, and the VIP/Business plan allows uploads of files up to 500MB or documents containing thousands of pages for batch processing.
